Your weekend in Monferrato (7th-9th September)

CASALE MONFERRATO OPENS ITS DOORS


A rain of opportunities for art, music and aggregation is about to welcome visitors staying in Casale Monferrato. Waiting for the Festa del Vino and the Monferrato (from the 14th to the 16th and from the 21st to the 23rd of September) during the next weekend you can participate to today's concert at the Castello del Monferrato, in the context of Rondò in Monferrato, and the Castle exhibitions. The International Symposium of Contemporary Art continues until September 30th in Casale Monferrato. On Saturday, September 8th, an intense day in the city: the Antiques Market (scheduled for Sunday 9th) and the "Notte Rosa" will return, bringing events to various locations in the historic center where bars and shops will be open until late evening. For the occasion, the Enoteca Regionale del Monferrato will propose at the Castle the event "Calice Rosa". Also on Saturday, thanks to "Casale Città Aperta", the main city monuments will be open and free to visit on Saturday 8th from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm, on Sunday 9th from 10 am to 12.30 pm and from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm. More suggestions? On Sunday 9th the presentation of the book "I fiori della notte" with the poems of Gabriella Grassi (at 5 pm, at the Church of Santa Caterina) and the national premiere of the theatrical show "We have only fewer rights", scheduled for Sunday 9th at 8.30 pm, to celebrate the second birthday of the Eternot Park. On Sunday 9th the Citadel also hosts OlistiCasale 2018, the annual appointment with the holistic disciplines.

 

EVENTS IN THE VILLAGES

What to do in Monferrato during the next weekend? In Altavilla Monferrato, at the headquarters of Mazzetti d'Altavilla takes place tonight the “Sansa Off” with the concert of the duo Bonfanti-Bongianino. In San Salvatore Monferrato the "Settembre Sansalvatorese" is also in progress with many sporting, gastronomic, cultural and musical events (thanks to the festival "Parole e Musica in Monferrato"). In the villages of the area many events: "Al dì dla festa" in Ozzano Monferrato (the 7th), "U dì dla festa" in Valmacca (from 7th to 9th), Ferrari's international meeting at Mirabello (9th), the Cammino della Madonna delle Grazie between Ozzano Monferrato and Rosignano Monferrato (the 8th), Agri Musica Park in Coniolo with country rhythms (on 9th), the historical re-enactment of the Palio d'la Ciaramela in Mede (on 9th) while in Sartirana Lomellina will go on stage, from 13th to 16th, the Sartirana Textile Show, the famous textile art market exhibition. In Vignale on Sunday 9th will take place another event of the Monferrato Classic Festival. Furthermore, on Sunday 9th at the Distilleria Magnoberta of Casale Monferrato, the new Grapperia 918 will open to the public while the protected areas of the Po of Vercelli-Alessandria propose numerous opportunities: from guided tours to the Po Interpretation Center in Frassineto Po to the market and the initiatives of the event "Un Po Divino ... - Perfumes, Colors, Flavors" in Casale Monferrato up to the initiative "From the roots to the leaves - Journey through the uses of plants useful to man".
