What is an Infernot?

Each Infernot is a little underground room, made up of sandstone, with no light or airing and they are used to store bottles of wine. Actually here, we are able to mantain the right temperature and umidity wich are necessary to the preservation of wine.

Each Infernot is different from the othres so unique and special.
